Bohemian Locs are the most common form and a much-adopted variant of the faux locs technique. The word ‘Faux’ literally translates into ‘artificial,’ so faux locs mean artificial locs, or locs created by the use of artificial hair extensions.
There are many types of locks, and bohemian locs are one of them. Boho locs are characterized by a messy appearance, freestyled wavy and curly hair. Each loc may have curls and waves dangling from them. By freestyle, we mean that the curls and waves can be positioned anywhere. However, most commonly, the curly hair is towards the ends.
Another noticeable feature of Boho Locs is their non-uniformity in length. Bohemian locs have random lengths of hair, i.e., one or more Boho locs may be shorter or longer in length compared to other locs, which gives a sassy appearance to the style.
